이용약관 - NEON SURVIVOR: GUNSTAR

제 1 조 (목적)

본 약관은 월천 스튜디오(Wolcheon Studio, 이하 '회사')가 제공하는 NEON SURVIVOR: GUNSTAR(이하 '서비스' 또는 '게임')의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제 2 조 (용어의 정의)

본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.

이용자: 본 약관에 따라 회사가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
콘텐츠: 회사가 서비스 내에서 제공하는 모든 디지털 재화(무기, 앰플, 아이템 등) 및 관련된 모든 정보와 요소를 의미합니다.
결제: 이용자가 서비스 내의 유료 콘텐츠를 구매하기 위해 회사가 제공하는 결제수단을 통해 금액을 지불하는 행위를 의미합니다.

제 3 조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

회사는 본 약관의 내용을 이용자가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 서비스 내 또는 연결 화면에 게시합니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 사전에 공지합니다.

제 4 조 (서비스의 제공 및 중단)

회사는 연중무휴 1일 24시간 서비스를 제공함을 원칙으로 합니다. 단, 컴퓨터 등 정보통신설비의 보수점검, 교체 및 고장, 통신두절 또는 운영상 합리적인 이유가 있는 경우 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.

제 5 조 (결제 및 환불)

이용자는 회사가 제공하는 결제수단을 통하여 유료 콘텐츠를 구매할 수 있습니다. 유료 콘텐츠의 환불 및 청약철회에 관한 상세한 사항은 별도로 고지된 '환불 정책'에 따릅니다.

제 6 조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.

결제 도용 및 비정상적인 결제 행위
회사가 제공하는 소프트웨어를 변조하거나 해킹하는 행위
기타 관련 법령 및 선량한 풍속 기타 사회통념에 반하는 행위

이를 위반할 경우 회사는 사전 통보 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 관련 법령에 따라 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

제 7 조 (면책조항)

회사는 천재지변, 전시, 사변 또는 이에 준하는 불가항력으로 인하여 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우에는 서비스 제공에 관한 책임이 면제됩니다. 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용의 장애에 대하여는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Wolcheon Studio (hereinafter "Company") and the user regarding the use of NEON SURVIVOR: GUNSTAR (hereinafter "Service" or "Game") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

Definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

User: Refers to a person who uses the service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
Content: Refers to all digital goods (weapons, ampoules, items, etc.) and all related information and elements provided by the Company within the service.
Payment: Refers to the act of paying money by the user through the payment methods provided by the Company to purchase paid contents in the service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

The Company posts the contents of these Terms in the service or on connection screens so that users can easily view them. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws, and modified terms will be announced in advance by specifying the effective date and reasons for the amendment.

Article 4 (Provision and Interruption of Service)

In principle, the Company provides service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the provision of service in the event of maintenance, replacement, failure of telecommunication equipment, telecommunication interruption, or other reasonable operational reasons.

Article 5 (Payment and Refund)

Users may purchase paid contents through the payment methods provided by the Company. Details regarding refunds and withdrawal of subscription for paid contents are subject to the separately posted "Refund Policy".

Article 6 (Obligations of the User)

Users shall not perform the following acts:

Stolen payments or abnormal payment activities
Modifying or hacking the software provided by the Company
Other acts that violate relevant laws, public order, and good customs

In the event of violations, the Company may restrict the use of service without prior notice or take legal action in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company is exempt from liability for service provision if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, war, or equivalent force majeure. The Company is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
